PRESS TO HANDSTAND

The space in Vršovická 5, Prague

is a beautiful private gym right at Nádraží Vršovice tram stop, just 7 mins from I. P. Pavlova (or 11 mins from Karlovo náměstí). It includes separate cloakrooms with shower and lockers. The air-conditioned gym is equipped with everything you need for your handstand training, the mats and handstand blocks are available. You just need to bring your training clothes and a towel.

The studio is open 15 mins before the class.

meet your handstand coach

Helena Jakoubě believes in multidisciplinary connections. She is an art director, lecturer of graphic design at the British University Prague College, experimenting artist and a handstand coach.

She loves handstands since her childhood, growing up as an artistic gymnast. Later, her yoga teacher Dylan Werner gave her an idea to share what she is passionate about with others. In addition to the design, it is just handstands.

Trained by Dylan Werner (RYT 200), Sascha Bachmann or Janchivdorj Sainbayar from London School of Hand-Balancing and Acrobatics.
