CONTACT YOUR PERSONALThe online classes include warm-up, exercises for gaining specific strength and flexibility, handstand practice and final stretching, all with the instructions how to do it right as well as number of repetitions. They are not a live stream recording. Every class is different and focuses on different handstand area. Just pick your favourite ones from the list below and email them to helena@handstand.cz You will receive the payment instructions and links with the classes by email. The links are not limited by time so practice whenever you wish. Train, so you don’t lose what you’ve gained so far!

Helena Jakoubě believes in multidisciplinary connections. She is an art director, lecturer of graphic design at the British University Prague College, experimenting artist and a handstand coach.
She loves handstands since her childhood, growing up as an artistic gymnast. Later, her yoga teacher Dylan Werner gave her an idea to share what she is passionate about with others. In addition to the design, it is just handstands.
Trained by Dylan Werner (RYT 200), Sascha Bachmann or Janchivdorj Sainbayar from London School of Hand-Balancing and Acrobatics.
