Handstand studio Vršovická 5, Prague

Individual and group trainings take place in private air-conditioned studio next to Nádraží Vršovice tram stop. Cloakrooms with shower and lockers are available.

The studio is equipped with everything you need for handstand training. You just need to bring your training clothes, socks and a towel.

Create your own training

Do you seek inspiration how to create your handstand training? Try online trainings on different topics. They include warm-up, exercises for gaining specific strength and flexibility, handstand practice and final stretching. All with the instructions how to do it right as well as amount of reps. They are not a live stream recording. meet your handstand coach

Helena Jakoubě loves handstands since she was a child, when she competed in artistic gymnastics. After her studies, she worked as a conceptual and graphic designer, mainly promoting functional design. For eight years she lectured at the Faculty of Art & Design of the British Prague City University.

In her free time, she kept returning to handstands through dancing, pole dancing and yoga. She began to devote herself fully to them again during the Yoga Teachers Training which she completed with Dylan Werner. He gave her the idea to share what she is passionate about with others. In addition to design, it is handstands that she now teaches full-time.

Among her handbalance teachers are Dylan Werner (RYT 200), Sascha Bachmann, Michal Barbier or Janchivdorj Sainbayar from the London School of Hand-Balancing and Acrobatics.
